Obstacles

Entry to the flat was via a very narrow staircase which made it difficult transporting materials, worktops and tools upstairs. Every care was taken to ensure no damage was caused to the kitchen worktops, carcass and cupboard doors.

Whyte & Christie fitted the new kitchen and flooring to kitchen area. The layout of the kitchen was altered all to client’s specifications and drawings. The electrical meter was located in the corner of the kitchen and could not be removed. We boxed around meter so no valuable space was lost and the meter was still easily accessible when required.

Outcome

The new kitchen was installed to the client’s specifications, on time and on budget.
